Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week correctional healthcare assignment in New Mexico. This opportunity offers a consistent 3x12 night-shift block schedule with 36 guaranteed hours per week.
TRAVEL CONTRACT AT A GLANCE
Gross Weekly Pay: $2,182
Taxable Rate: $26.00/hour
Tax-Free Travel Stipend: $1,246/week for eligible travelers
Housing: $770/week
Meals & Incidentals: $476/week
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 3x12 Nights
Block Schedule: Sunday–Tuesday
Start Timing: ASAP | Approximately 2 weeks after offer

Tax-free stipend eligibility is subject to applicable tax-home and IRS requirements.

Local Rate: $52.00/hour
Local Overtime Rate: $80.00/hour

THE ASSIGNMENT
Provide professional registered nursing care within a secure correctional healthcare environment. The RN will provide direct patient care, assess and monitor patient conditions, administer medications and treatments as ordered, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and collaborate with the healthcare team to support safe and effective care.
This assignment offers a consistent Sunday–Tuesday block schedule with three 12-hour night shifts each week and 36 guaranteed hours.
Start timing is ASAP, approximately two weeks after offer. Timely completion of required documentation and background clearance is important to avoid delays in onboarding.
