We are seeking:
Motivated and experienced individuals for our East Retail Regional Manager and West Retail Regional Manager positions. As a Regional Manager, you will provide leadership and operational oversight for a group of Union Bank branch offices, driving business growth, customer experience, and community engagement. This role partners closely with Branch Managers to develop high-performing teams, support employee growth, ensure operational excellence, maintain regulatory compliance, and strengthen customer and business relationships throughout the region.
East Retail Regional Manager Responsible for all New Hampshire offices and Caledonia and Washington counties in Vermont.
West Retail Regional Manager Responsible for Vermont offices in Lamoille, Franklin, and Chittenden counties.
Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the branch locations within their assigned region.

- Related bachelor’s degree and/or Banking experience of 10 years or greater including completion of related banking courses.
- Extensive knowledge of all deposit products and services.
- Ability to originate consumer and home equity loan products.
- Familiarity with the principles of business lending and related assistance programs, and Treasury Management.
- Proficient knowledge of and experience with platform, teller, and applicable loan origination systems.
- Management of significant staff size required, multi-site management experience preferred.
- Responsible for keeping up to date with pertinent banking regulations and banking principles.
- Must be eligible to be NMLS license and participate in active registration.
- Software Utilized: Microsoft Office, Paylocity, Lending and Treasury Management platforms as required, Synergy, Silverlake, SL Teller, and Argo Keys.
- Data fluency: Must be able to understand and interpret various performance measures.
- Presentation skills to include in-person and virtual settings, and internal external audiences.
