As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to help patients regain independence, improve their quality of life, and reach meaningful functional goals.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide skilled OT services based on each patient's needs and goals
• Help patients improve strength, coordination, mobility, ADLs and functional independence
• Monitor progress and modify treatment approaches as appropriate
• Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing and other members of the interdisciplinary team
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and caregivers
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Promote patient safety and positive clinical outcomes
• Build meaningful relationships with the patients you serve

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Michigan OT license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
