Puente del Pueblo is seeking an organized, dependable, and service-minded Office Manager to help support daily operations and ensure our office runs smoothly. This role works closely with the Site Director and serves as a key administrative resource for staff, volunteers, and community partners.
Benefits and Compensation:
$19 - $21/hour – per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
- Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week
- Flexible schedule established with the Site Director based on program and office needs
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Site Director and Puente team.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and send reminders.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, forms, and other meeting materials.
- Take meeting minutes and track follow-up tasks and deadlines.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
- Coordinate office communications, mail, office supplies, and administrative requests.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, recordkeeping, and database management.
- Support office operations, equipment needs, and vendor coordination.
- Help improve administrative systems and processes to increase efficiency and organization.
- Provide administrative support for the annual Christmas Store, including meeting coordination, communications, and event preparation.
- Assist with special events, staff meetings, and community activities as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of participant, family, employee, financial, and organizational information.

- Minimum of two years of administrative, office management, or related experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other office software.
- Ability to learn and utilize organizational databases and administrative systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work effectively with staff, volunteers, community partners, and families from diverse backgrounds.
- Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred.
