Description

 Are you the person who keeps everything organized, moving, and ready to go? Sure-Dry is looking for a hands-on, organized warehouse manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our warehouse, fleet, tools, equipment, inventory, and facility.


You’ll solve problems, create orders, lead your team, and make sure everything is safe, organized, and ready—so our crews can start strong, take care of our customers, and get the job done.

  

What You'll Be Doing

 

Lead the Team

  • Coach, train, and grow the warehouse team.
  • Set clear expectations and build accountability.
  • Remove roadblocks and help the team win.

Keep the Warehouse Ready

  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, organized, and efficient.
  • Owns warehouse inventory—keeping materials, tools, and equipment organized, stocked, accurate, and ready when our crews need them. 

Tools That Work

  • Track, inspect, and maintain company tools and equipment.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs.
  • Keep unsafe equipment out of service until it’s fixed.

Take Pride in the Property

  • Keep the buildings and grounds safe, functional, and looking sharp.
  • Coordinate repairs, vendors, and seasonal upkeep.
  • Spot small issues before they become big ones.

Keep the Fleet Rolling Safely

  • Keep vehicles and equipment safe, maintained, and road-ready.
  • Schedule inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Make smart repair-or-replace recommendations.

Spend Smart

  • Manage costs across the warehouse, fleet, facility, and equipment.

Requirements
  • A strong, hands-on leader who enjoys getting things done.
  • Someone who is organized and can juggle multiple priorities.
  • Experience with warehouse operations, inventory, fleet, equipment, facilities, or a similar environment.
  • A problem-solver who takes initiative and doesn't wait for someone else to take care of things.
  • Someone who values safety, teamwork, accountability, and a positive attitude.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
