What You'll Learn and Do

As a Quick Lane Technician, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience performing routine maintenance and basic automotive services, including:

• Oil and filter changes
• Tire rotations and tire pressure checks
• Battery, wiper blade, and air filter replacements
• Fluid inspections and top-offs
• Basic vehicle inspections
• Assisting with vehicle diagnostics using industry tools and equipment
• Documenting maintenance and repair work
• Working closely with experienced technicians and the parts department
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace

This position is designed to help you build the skills and knowledge needed for a long-term automotive career.

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to pass a background check
• Dependable, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills
• Basic automotive knowledge is helpful, but not required
• Mechanical aptitude and a desire to grow in the automotive field
