Position Summary: 

The Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Intern to provide additional support across different marketing functions including (but not limited to): digital marketing, our lead process, and data/analytics. The Marketing Intern would get training and support to help execute on projects across the marketing team, get exposure to a marketing team’s various functions, and have the opportunity to dig deeper into particular areas they are interested in. 


Position Responsibilities: 

 The Marketing Intern would be responsible for supporting a number of projects including, but not limited to, digital marketing (SEO & email), lead management, and marketing analytics. 

  • Draft and edit content for internal and external audiences.
  • Update and format collateral using approved brand standards.
  • Document marketing processes and maintain shared team resources.
  • Assist with asset organization across platforms (Seismic, Salsify, Teams).
  • Provide project support for campaign launches and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Contribute to cross-functional collaboration by gathering input and feedback on marketing materials.
  • Additional duties as requested.
  • Supports “Lean Business Enterprise” Initiatives for continuous improvement and waste elimination.


Position Requirements (Knowledge & Experience): 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe, or PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Interest in learning marketing systems and digital asset management tools.
  • Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job as descripted to you for the position
  • An ideal candidate would have some experience with digital marketing and analytics. Direct experience with SEO, email marketing, data analysis/compilation, and report building a plus.

Salary Description
$20.00 - $23.00
