We are looking for a dependable and motivated HVAC Helper to join our growing team in Harwich Port, MA. This is a great opportunity for someone with some HVAC or mechanical experience who wants to continue learning the trade and build a long-term career in the HVAC industry.

The HVAC Helper will work alongside experienced technicians assisting with HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs while learning proper procedures, equipment, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC Technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
• Help install and replace HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, and related components
• Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites
• Assist with preparing job sites and setting up equipment
• Learn basic electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry regulations
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Properly care for company tools and equipment
• Communicate professionally with technicians, customers, and other team members
• Perform additional HVAC-related duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ years of HVAC, construction, mechanical, or related experience 
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and carry HVAC equipment, tools, and materials
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, confined spaces, and varying weather conditions
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
