A Luxury 5-star Hotel Experience!

A mini bar attendant ensures that the mini bar in each guest room at a hotel remains stocked during a customer’s stay. As a mini bar attendant, your duties include stocking bars, maintaining inventory, organizing orders, and billing customers. Your responsibilities also include making sure that each mini bar fridge remains clean and in working order. You defrost the freezer routinely, clean the interior, and order repairs if there are major mechanical issues. You also provide customer service and answer questions about the bar or other products available to guests.


Requirements
  • High-quality work in a 4- or 5-star hotel
  • Good practical and technical skills
  • The ability to work quickly and under pressure
  • An awareness of health and safety legislation
  • Physical mobility and stamina required
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Detail-oriented
  • A professional attitude is required
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Good communication skills are an asset
  • Good organizational skills
  • Be able to lift at least 25 lbs (pounds)
