– Maintenance & Operations / Supply & Logistics | U.S. Army Reserve Command, 99th Readiness Division


Position: Full-Time / On-Site

       Duty Location: Assigned 99th Readiness Division Government facility; Fort Dix (Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst), New Jersey 08640

Caladwich is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to support the U.S. Army Reserve Command’s 99th Readiness Division. This key personnel role manages maintenance and equipment operations, logistics, supply, and property accountability services and serves as the central contractor point of contact with the Government.

This position directly supports Army Reserve equipment readiness and mission execution across the 99th Readiness Division’s area of responsibility. The PM leads personnel and resources to deliver reliable, accountable, and responsive support to supported units.

Core Responsibilities 

· Act for the contractor when the Program Manager is absent, exercising full authority over daily contract operations.

· Assist the PM with oversight of maintenance management, equipment operations, stored-equipment exercise programs, budget, and transportation activities.

· Coordinate logistics, supply, property accountability, and storage support across assigned work locations.

· Support staffing, workload allocation, scheduling, budget control, research, and preparation of customer reports and deliverables.

· Serve in the Property Book Technician Lead collateral role identified in the Supply & Logistics legacy PWS.

· Lead property book activities and use Army automated logistics systems to adjust, correct, transfer, and recover equipment and resolve logistics discrepancies.

· Coordinate facility inventories and initiate Financial Liability Investigations of Property Loss (FLIPL) documentation when required.

· Provide equipment and progress reports to command staff on Logistical Support Warehouse operations and support performance improvement.


Operational Support 

· Maintain continuity of customer communication, operational decisions, and required reporting during PM absences.

· Assist with quality control inspections, deficiency tracking, corrective actions, and maintenance and supply performance monitoring.

· Ensure property transactions and accountability actions follow applicable DoD and Army regulations, directives, policies, and local procedures.

· Assist FLIPL investigations by providing reports and data analysis; contractors may not serve as the FLIPL Investigating Officer.

· Coordinate workforce coverage, training support, exercise requirements, and emergency or increased operational tempo demands.

· Support safe operations, protection of Government property, required records, and authorized use of Army logistics systems.

Requirements

Required Qualifications 

· Minimum five (5) years of experience in maintenance management, equipment operation, exercise programs, budget, and transportation.

· Minimum five (5) years of logistics management experience in property accountability and supply.

· Experience managing 20–40 personnel for Maintenance & Operations and 20 personnel for Supply & Logistics, within and outside the primary workspace.

· Demonstrated skills in managing assigned resources, including supervision, scheduling, budget control, research, report preparation, and customer deliverables.

· Valid U.S. state-issued Class D driver’s license.

· Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to communicate clearly with coworkers, Government customers, and the public.

· Ability to use a personal computer and the software and applications needed for assigned duties.


Other Requirements 

· U.S. citizenship is required unless the Government approves an exception under Army Regulation 25-2.

· Must have, at minimum, a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) before beginning contract performance and maintain the required eligibility throughout performance.

· Must obtain a Department of Defense Common Access Card (CAC) during the contract phase-in period and comply with installation access, information security, and identification requirements.

· Complete required security, safety, and other contract training; maintain certifications applicable to assigned duties.

· When operating vehicles or equipment, maintain the applicable training, licensing, certification, and road-testing requirements under AR 600-55.

· Must be available between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except federal holidays or Government administrative closures. During key events or increased operational tempo, PM/APM availability may be required up to 24 hours per day, seven days per week, including holidays.
