Functional Description:
- Provides support to IPT Leads and associated teams.
- Coordinates the execution of complex data calls ad tasks to meet required deadlines and tracked for closure.
- Prepares executive briefs.
- Composes correspondence requiring some understanding of technical matters. Reviews outgoing correspondence and alerts writer to any conflicts with the file or departure from policies.
- Summarizes the content of incoming materials or meetings, ensuring that requests for action or information are relayed to the appropriate staff member.
- Demonstrated oral and written skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support IPT meetings, collect meeting minutes, action items and track their status to completion.
- Plan, coordinate and prepare travel itineraries for IPT members.
- Review, update and correct Naval documentation in accordance with the Navy Styles guide.
Required Experience:
- Proficient in MS Suite applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Desired Experience:
- At least 2 years supporting NAVAIR programs.
- Expert in MS Suite.
- Strong Administrative and writing skills.
- Familiar with Defense Travel Systems.
