SUMMARY 

The Program Management Director, Strategic IT Partner and Customer Programs, leads strategic vendor partner and customer programs across payment networks, transaction processing, gateways, technology providers, and related initiatives. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team.  

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing support of enterprise hardware, software, payment, and network solutions designed to meet FCTI’s business objectives and strategic customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business technology consultants, implementation specialists, internal stakeholders, and senior leadership. 
  • Serves as primary relationship and program interface for designated external partners and customers. 
  • Develop functional strategies and specific objectives for the area.
  • Contributes to the development of budgets, policies, procedures, and operational standards. 
  • Deliver program updates, strategic recommendations, and industry insight to Senior Management and members of the FCTI Board.


Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

  • A bachelor’s degree and five or more years of relevant experience in ATMs, payments, transaction processing, financial technology, or a related field is preferred (experience working in the Banking or Financial industry a plus)
  • Deep knowledge of payment networks, transaction processing, and the ATM/payments ecosystem is highly desirable.
  • Strong individual initiative, yet highly team-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Forward thinking, with ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic business environment
  • Positive attitude, enthusiastic, and eager to contribute 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects 
  • Highest level of integrity and good judgment, with ability to effectively handle confidential information
