Assistant Branch Manager

Branch Experience | Non-Exempt

Job Range - $22.77 - $28.46/hour

Schedule - Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

You’ll help lead daily branch operations, coach and develop employees, step in when members need extra support, and keep the team focused on delivering solutions that make a difference. What You’ll Do

• Lead daily branch operations, coordinate workflow and staffing, and keep the member experience running smoothly
• Coach, support, and develop team members while reinforcing teamwork, accountability, and exceptional service
• Step in on complex member needs and service challenges, using sound judgment to find the right solution
• Help employees have meaningful conversations that uncover member needs and connect them with helpful financial solutions
• Support branch goals, operational accuracy, and a strong culture of compliance and continuous improvement
• Partner with the Branch Manager to communicate priorities, address challenges, and help drive overall branch success

What You’ll Bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 2–4 years of financial institution experience; supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
• A strong understanding of branch operations and member service
• The ability to coach, encourage, and develop others while building a positive team environment
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• The ability to stay organized, adapt quickly, and confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
