You'll help keep our front office running smoothly by greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and supporting daily administrative operations.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Enjoys providing excellent customer service
- Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Can comfortably multitask in a busy office environment
- Has previous administrative or receptionist experience
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new technology
- Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are encouraged to apply

- Greets clients, check-in and processes fee payments through EMR system
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Processes agency requests for service entering data into EMR system.
- Receives, logs and prepares for the deposit of daily receipts, including client fees, donor contributions, third party payment and grant payments
- Maintain and update office records, client files, and databases with accuracy.
- Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and other office documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist with event coordination, meeting preparations, and office communications.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
