The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for growing sales, developing customer relationships, and expanding market share within assigned states. This role combines outside and inside sales responsibilities, provides expertise on pull tab products and game development, and partners with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service. The Regional Sales Manager plays a key role in identifying growth opportunities, developing new game concepts, and supporting customers throughout the sales and production process.


Pay Range: $92,168-120,000 per year 


Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow sales within assigned states through strategic account management and business development.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through in-person visits, phone calls, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and secure new business.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on pull tabs, game development, artwork, payouts, play styles, and related gaming products.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop new game concepts, artwork, and product offerings while ensuring compliance with applicable state gaming regulations and approval requirements.
  • Promote new game releases, reruns, and newly developed artwork through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend products, programs, and sales strategies that support customer success and revenue growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and increase market penetration.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, industry events, and other promotional activities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and maintain accurate account and sales records.
  • Review customer orders and production requirements to support efficient run sizes, production scheduling, and on-time delivery.
  • Maintain awareness of production schedules, backlog status, shipping schedules, and delivery timelines to proactively communicate with customers and support account management.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Production, Design, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely resolution of issues.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, game performance, order status, and related service needs.
  • Support customers throughout the order fulfillment process while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Three or more years of sales, account management, business development, or related experience.
  • Experience in charitable gaming, pull tabs, gaming products, or related industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout assigned states.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to use a computer, phone, and other office equipment.
  • Ability to attend customer meetings, trade shows, and company events.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials up to 25 pounds.
