Description

The Country Club Facilities Worker is responsible for the repair and maintenance of the club's facilities, including the clubhouse and pool area. This position requires a high level of mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery. Repair and replace damaged equipment and fixtures. Perform light construction tasks, such as painting, drywall repair, and flooring installation. Investigate electrical and plumbing problems and escalate to supervisor as needed. Report any maintenance or safety hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor. Follow all safety procedures and regulations.


Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in a facilities maintenance role. Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
