Pneumatics Lead / Supervisor Technician

We currently seeking a Lead / Supervisor Technician for our Pneumatic department. If you are driven, a fast learner and looking for a company where there is a chance for advancement, this is the position for you. 

 

In this position, the Lead / Supervisor Technician may be required to:

  • Disassemble assemblies, clean assemblies, repair or perform the removal and replacement of components, re-assembly of parts in accordance with OEM and FAA approval.
  • Keep all personal and company tools in working conditions.
  • Assist manager with the supervision of the technicians, as well as to assist and facilitate the technicians in accomplishing their tasks.
  • Manage and supervise the department in the absence of the Manager/Supervisor.

Requirements:

Skills/Education & Experience:

  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English
  • Must be able to read, understand and interpret Repair station and Quality Control Manuals, company policies, procedures and regulations
  • A&P Certification a plus but not required
  • At least 15 years of experience as a lead technician preferred
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must be a team player
