Summary/Objective


As a Payroll Coordinator you will report to the Payroll Manager and work with a team of 2 other Payroll Coordinators to ensure that all employees are paid timely and accurately.


Essential Functions


Essential functions, including how an individual is to perform them and the frequency with which the tasks are performed; the tasks must be part of the job function and truly necessary or required to perform the job.

  • Processing bi-weekly payroll for assigned portion of 3200+ employees 
  • Collecting and verifying employee and timekeeping data and reviewing wages to ensure      accuracy.
  • Recording, maintaining, and verifying employee records and payroll transactions.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, payroll regulations, tax and deduction laws.
  • Preparing bi-weekly payroll reports for finance team.
  • Research and answer questions to resolve issues regarding payroll promptly.
  • Communicate with team members on a regular basis regarding payroll information.
  • Work closely with other teams for successful Payroll roll-out for new Care      Centers, and train new Care Centers on the Payroll processes.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

  • At least two to three years of prior Payroll experience

Language Ability:


Ability to read and interpret documents such as mail, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write reports and correspondence when requested. Ability to speak effectively and clearly to visitors.


Reasoning Ability: 


Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.  Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.


Computer Skills: 


Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.

This is a full-time remote position. Typically, daytime work hours.

Salary Description
$30 per hour
