Heartline Staffing is recruiting an Inside Loan Officer for a Tampa-based lending platform serving real estate investors nationwide. This opportunity is designed for an established originator who already brings a book of business and client relationships and wants additional leads, products and support to increase funded production.

This is not a lead-dependent Loan Officer role. The team is targeting proven originators and closers who actively self-source business, develop investor relationships and own the lending process from initial conversation through closing. Company-generated leads are provided to supplement an existing book of business and create additional production opportunities.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Originate And Close Loans For Real Estate Investors Nationwide
• Build And Maintain An Active Book Of Business
• Self-Source New Lending Opportunities And Investor Relationships
• Convert Company-Provided Leads Into Additional Funded Production
• Manage Client Relationships From Initial Conversation Through Closing
• Discuss Leverage, Credit, Pricing, Structure And Loan Options With Clients
• Maintain Strong CRM And Pipeline Management Discipline
• Generate Repeat And Referral Business From Successful Closings
• Prospect And Develop New Real Estate Investor Relationships
• Attend Local Real Estate Investor Meetups Weekly
• Travel To Industry Conventions And Conferences
• Host Investor And Client Events
• Build And Maintain A Strong Presence In The Tampa Real Estate Investor Market

COMPENSATION
• $41,000-$70,000 Base Salary
• Uncapped Commission
• Company-Provided Leads To Supplement Existing Business

Requirements
• Established Book Of Business And Existing Client Relationships REQUIRED
• Proven Loan Origination And Closing Experience REQUIRED
• Demonstrated Ability To Self-Source And Generate New Business REQUIRED
• Strong Direct Relationships With Real Estate Investors REQUIRED
• Ability To Grow An Existing Book Of Business Rather Than Rely Exclusively On Company-Provided Leads REQUIRED
• Strong Phone-Based Sales, Prospecting And Follow-Up Skills REQUIRED
• Ability To Discuss Leverage, Credit, Pricing, Structure And Loan Options REQUIRED
• Strong CRM And Pipeline Management Discipline REQUIRED
• Ability To Work In Office In Tampa, FL REQUIRED

Preferred
• Private Lending / BPL / DSCR Experience Strongly Preferred
• $3M+ In Monthly Funded Production Strongly Preferred
