Description

The Commercial Fuels Sales Representative is responsible for both the cultivation of new commercial supply opportunities, as well as the maintenance of existing commercial accounts.  The individual possesses very strong communication skills and the ability to be adaptable to a variety of situations.  Motivation and passion for customer service are essential.

  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Maintaining relationships with assigned customers. This will include the following:

· Contract Renewals - this includes writing the contract, any and all revisions, and the final drafts (when necessary)

· Regular visits to larger accounts and at least 1-2 visits per year to the smaller volume accounts, to maintain a good working relationship.

· Creates pro formas to evaluate ROI’s on both contract renewals and new customer accounts (when necessary).

· Serves as the primary contact for assigned customers, to include not only routine visitation but also phone calls, e-mails and questions 

· Continuing to prospect for new business through traditional methods

· Maintaining account notes in ADDS software for assigned customers.

· Keeps department appraised of new prospects to avoid overlap and assure continuity.

· Writes own supply contracts (when necessary), monitor credit and volumes for assigned customers.

· Ensures services to every customer are properly billed, including vendor and technician’s time

· Provides technical expertise to customer accounts when necessary to assist with routine questions.

· Works with all divisions on customer equipment and delivery needs.

Salary Description
$65,000 - $75,000 plus incentives and commission
