Responsible for delivering instruction for the Civilian Associate Development Program (CADP) under the CLDS Training and Development contract. Facilitates curriculum, engages civilian leadership participants, and supports program objectives. 

• Full-time, on-site performance at Maxwell AFB, AL (remote performance only applicable to qualifying retained incumbents).
• Ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
• Experience in instructional delivery, civilian leadership development, or military educational environments preferred.
