We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager who thrives on organization, teamwork, safety, and operational excellence. Pay and Schedule:

  • $80,000.00 CAD annually
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm (shift varies on operational needs, coverage)
  • Full-time position with regular working hours

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse employees, and team leads
  • Oversee daily receiving, shipping, inventory, warehousing operations and drivers
  • Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety standards and PPE requirements
  • Manage warehouse productivity, quality, and operational performance
  • Coordinate inventory counts and maintains inventory accuracy
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and other powered industrial equipment
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and efficiency
  • Address operational challenges proactively and drive continuous improvement
  • Support staffing, attendance tracking, and employee performance management
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Strong attention to safety and the ability to follow established procedures
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. as needed
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, humidity, and noise levels
  • Ability to work at heights of up to 25 feet above ground level
  • Must be comfortable working at heights and operating forklifts and manlifts (cherry pickers)
  • Previous forklift and/or manlift operating experience preferred
  • Must obtain forklift and manlift certification within 90 days of hire
  • Required to wear protective-toe footwear and appropriate PPE at all times
