We are seeking a Commercial Account Manager to oversee, retain, and grow a portfolio of high-value commercial clients. In this role, you will manage ongoing client relationships, conduct property visits, identify service needs, and drive sales through enhancements and new contracts. - Commercial Account Management Expertise: Experience managing client relationships, preferably in landscaping, lawn care, or irrigation.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of lawn installation, irrigation systems, maintenance practices, and pest control services.
- Sales & Proposal Skills: Ability to prepare, present, and follow up on proposals with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Communication & Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client satisfaction.
- Operational Awareness: Comfort working with CRM/operations software and coordinating with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery.
- Self-Motivation & Organization: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts independently.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients through trust, reliability, and consistent communication.
- Proactively manage client properties by identifying issues early, communicating clearly, and coordinating solutions with service teams.
- Conduct scheduled property visits (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly) and log all notes and activities in Aspire for accountability.
- Monitor crew performance and collaborate with department managers to ensure proper scheduling, quality control, and excellent service.
- Meet or exceed annual sales goals, including $200K in landscape enhancements and $100K in contracts.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals aligned with TMLP pricing standards.
- Follow up consistently on pending proposals to maximize close rates and revenue.
- Support collections by assisting Account Coordinators when clients are unreachable or payments are delayed.
- Cultivate relationships with key “Most Wanted” clients to become their trusted landscaping and irrigation advisor.
- Uphold company policies and set a positive example for other team members.

- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper use of all TMLP assets including vehicles, shop areas, field offices, and job sites.

- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in the landscaping industry. At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM/operations software.
- Credentials: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 5 years. Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
