What We're Looking For

• A strong people leader who can coach, motivate, develop, and manage a team
• Technologically savvy and comfortable learning and using new systems
• Strong business sense with a focus on sales, customer service, operations, and profitability
• A hands-on problem solver who takes ownership and gets things done
• Relevant management experience; commercial tire, automotive, service, or similar experience is a plus
