AES Drilling Fluids is seeking a Flowback Operational Support Coordinator in Midland, TX. This position provides hands-on support for Flowback field operations, yard logistics, equipment movement, and daily operational needs. Coordinates trucking, equipment and consumable inventory, loading and unloading, vendor movements, and yard organization in support of job readiness. A candidate with an active CDL is preferred for this position.

WORK LOCATION: MIDLAND, TX
Responsibilities:
· Schedule and coordinate trucks between job sites, vendors, and the yard according to operational needs.
· Communicate with drivers, vendors, supervisors, and field personnel to support timely mobilization and demobilization.
· Load and unload equipment using a forklift and other authorized equipment.
· Stage Flowback iron, manifolds, plug catchers, support equipment, and consumables for upcoming jobs.
· Maintain an organized yard and assist with transporting equipment and materials to vendors and customer locations when qualified and authorized.
· Perform inventory counts, track equipment and consumables, and update receiving and equipment-tracking records.
· Maintain accurate portal tickets and documentation for yard-to-well, well-to-well, and well-to-yard transfers, trucking, and shipments.
· Support management, supervisors, and field personnel with job preparation, post-job returns, and daily operational needs.
· Assist with vendor coordination, repairs, inspections, and equipment readiness; promptly report shortages, delays, and deficiencies.
· When time allows, assist Completions operations with hands-on support as needed, including hot-shot deliveries of chemicals and other materials when properly licensed, qualified, and authorized.
· Follow AES and customer safety procedures and exercise stop-work authority when work cannot be performed safely.
· High school diploma or GED required.
· Oilfield, logistics, warehouse, transportation, or operations experience preferred.
· Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required; Class A CDL preferred.
· Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain before operating a forklift.
· Experience with trucking coordination, inventory control, shipping and receiving, or equipment logistics preferred.
· Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic operational systems.
· Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work with limited supervision.
