What will you do as a HR Systems & Benefit Analyst?
The HR Systems & Benefit Analyst serves as the Human Resources subject matter expert for HR systems, workforce analytics, compliance tracking, benefits administration, and HR operational processes. This role is responsible for maintaining HR data integrity, administering HR technology systems, producing workforce reports and analytics, supporting employee benefit programs, tracking HR compliance requirements, and assisting with process improvement initiatives.
The HR Systems & Benefit Analyst partners closely with the Director of Employee Experience, Employee Experience Manager, HR Business Partners, HR Generalists, and Employee Experience Coordinators to ensure HR processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
HRIS Administration
- Serve as primary administrator for HR systems and applications.
- Maintain employee data integrity and system accuracy.
- Configure and maintain system workflows.
- Troubleshoot HRIS issues and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Test and implement new HRIS functionality.
- Develop user guides and training materials.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Create and distribute recurring HR reports and dashboards.
- Monitor HR department KPI metrics.
- Develop turnover, retention, headcount, vacancy, and workforce reports.
- Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to HR leadership.
- Support workforce planning through reporting and data analysis.
- Respond to data requests from leadership.
Benefit Administration
- Serve as the HR team's primary resource for benefit questions.
- Coordinate annual open enrollment activities.
- Coordinate benefit-related communications.
- Resolve escalated benefits issues.
- Maintain benefit reporting requirements.
Compliance Administration
- Track and monitor employment-related compliance requirements.
- Monitor required policy acknowledgements and compliance training completion.
- Maintain compliance calendars and reporting deadlines.
- Coordinate required state and federal reporting.
- Research regulatory updates and communicate changes to the HR team.
HR Operations Support
- Develop and maintain HR process documentation.
- Assist in updating HR workflows and forms.
- Support implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automate processes.
- Project related work.

Education & Experience
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
- 2-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience to include benefit administration.
- HRIS administration experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Preferred
- Paylocity experience.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
- Multi-state HR experience.
- HR data analytics experience
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Work in a professional office environment; sustained posture in a seated position for prolonged periods. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers and phones.
- Work involves walking, talking and hearing using hands to handle, feel or operate objects. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to focus when using computer monitor.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- The noise level in the work environment can be moderately noisy due to manufacturing equipment in operation.
- May be required to travel to territory locations and attend out-of-town trainings and/or seminars.
- Work hours may vary from 6 am to 5:30 pm depending on schedules and the season; Monday through Friday; approx. 40-45 hours per week. Additional hours may be required occasionally.
