We are seeking a Part-Time Talent Programs Manager to help execute and evolve our talent development strategy. This role is ideal for an experienced HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development professional who enjoys building structured programs, supporting employee growth, and creating meaningful development experiences across the organization.


Working closely with the Director of Talent Management, you will play a critical role in coordinating and enhancing talent initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, employee development, succession planning, and future talent pipelines.


What You'll Do

As a key member of our Talent Management team, you will:

  • Coordinate and support enterprise talent programs across the organization.
  • Manage the administration of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and Career Development A3 processes.
  • Lead the coordination and ongoing management of our mentoring program, including participant onboarding, matching, communications, and progress tracking.
  • Support annual Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and High-Potential Talent initiatives.
  • Administer and continuously improve internship and other early-career development programs.
  • Track participation, adoption, and effectiveness of talent initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to enhance employee development experiences.
  • Create and maintain program materials, guides, training resources, and communications.
  • Manage program timelines, milestones, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up activities.
  • Support strategic talent projects and initiatives as needed.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Human Resources, Program Management, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
  • Experience managing multiple programs, projects, or initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR technology platforms.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting employee development, mentoring, leadership development, succession planning, internship programs, or other talent management initiatives.
  • Experience facilitating training, workshops, or development programs.
  • Experience collecting and analyzing talent-related metrics and reporting.
