Garden State Tile, a premier luxury tile distributor since 1957, is seeking an exceptional Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Bethlehem, PA. In this vital role, you won't just move product—you will actively drive our signature "concierge-level" customer experience from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

• Master the Operation: Receive and process incoming stock and materials, pick and fill orders from stock, and organize inventory within our state-of-the-art warehouse using Epicor Prophet 21 technology.
• Drive Sales Excellence: Pack, ship, and accurately prepare all orders for shipping and customer pick-ups, providing the highest level of concierge customer service to every client and team member.
• Manage Logistics: Load and unload trucks while safely processing transfers and orders in and out of the warehouse.
• Maintain Accuracy: Perform cycle counts as scheduled to preserve accurate inventory levels and improve overall warehouse productivity.
• Lead with Values: Maintain proper safety procedures at all times, thriving in a fast-paced, luxury design logistics environment.
