Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA)-40-hour Active CRMA Required

  

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $1,500 for qualified full-time CRMA hires or up to $750 for qualified part-time CRMA hires!  The bonus is paid in three installments: $500 after 60 days, $500 after 120 days, and $500 after 180 days of employment for the full-time bonus. The part-time bonus is paid in three installments: $250 after 60days, $250 after 120 days, and $250 after 180 days. Available to full-time hires and part-time employees. Bonus forfeited if employment ends before 180 days.

What you will do as a Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA):

  • Administer and accurately record the administration of medications for residents as prescribed by the practitioner.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, etc.)
  • Respond to resident call lights promptly
  • Perform scheduled resident activities as assigned
  • Accurately document care provisions or changes in resident statuses.

Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • 40-hour Active CRMA Certification required
  • Must commit to obtaining PSS certification within 120 days of hire.
  • Must provide proof of immunization/immunity to MMR, Varicella and Influenza.
  • Strong command of the English language with the ability to follow oral and written instructions with precision
Salary Description
$18 - $26 per hour
