Great Lakes Roofing Corp. (GLRC), Wisconsin's premier commercial roofing contractor, is looking for a CDL-A Driver / Rigger to join our team in Germantown.

This role offers a unique combination of driving, equipment operation, rigging, and warehouse support. You'll play a critical role in delivering materials and equipment to commercial roofing projects throughout Wisconsin while working alongside an experienced team that values safety, quality, and professional growth.

What You'll Do

· Safely load, secure, transport, and unload roofing materials and equipment.

· Operate CDL vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and company safety standards.

· Deliver materials and equipment to commercial job sites throughout Wisconsin.

· Operate forklifts in warehouse and yard environments.

· Assist with crane operations, rigging activities, and signaling as needed.

· Support jobsite logistics and warehouse operations.

· Participate in company-sponsored training and certification programs.

· Work collaboratively with field and operations teams to ensure project success.

· Provide professional service to customers and team members.

Qualifications

· Valid CDL-A license with an acceptable driving record.

· Ability to meet DOT requirements.

· Ability to obtain crane certification and complete required job-related training.

· Ability to frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

· Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

· Ability to safely work at heights, including rooftops and ladders.

· Ability to perform physical job duties including walking, standing, bending, climbing, and operating equipment.

· Willingness to travel throughout Wisconsin.

· Occasional overnight travel may be required.
