Location: Must be able to work at the Burnsville Location 

Compensation: The expected salary/wage for this Minnesota-based position is between $130,000 -$180,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, and Retirement Benefits).


Basic Function 

The IT Manager will serve as Imricor’s senior IT professional, with responsibility for information technology operations, business systems, cybersecurity, and technology improvement initiatives. This role will oversee the external managed service provider (MSP), which will remain responsible for primary service-desk and day-to-day technical support, while ensuring reliable, secure, scalable, and user-focused service delivery. The IT Manager will also lead IT projects, strengthen IT controls and documentation, and partner with business leaders on technology decisions. This position is expected to grow in scope as Imricor expands its internal technology capabilities and business systems environment. This position is responsible for complying with the Quality System requirements and carrying out responsibilities as outlined in the environmental, health, and safety policies.  


Responsibilities

· Leads the execution of Imricor’s IT strategy, roadmap, priorities, and improvement initiatives in alignment with Company objectives, growth plans, risk profile, and budget.

· Serves as the primary internal owner of IT operations, business systems, cybersecurity, end-user technology, enterprise AI governance, and related policies, procedures, and documentation.

· Oversees the Company’s external managed service provider (MSP), including service delivery, help-desk performance, ticket trends, user experience, escalations, service expectations, and continuous-improvement activities.

· Partners with business leaders to assess technology needs, recommend solutions, prioritize projects, and support the effective use of Company technology platforms.

· Oversees identity and access management; technology onboarding and offboarding; device, software, and asset lifecycle management; and related vendor, licensing, and procurement activities.

· Leads implementation and ongoing monitoring of the Information and Data Processing Security Policy, including related controls, procedures, documentation, and remediation activities.

· Partners with the MSP and internal stakeholders to maintain, test, and improve incident-response, disaster-recovery, backup, and business-continuity processes.

· Other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.

· 7-10 years of progressively responsible, hands-on IT experience, including IT operations, infrastructure, end-user technology, business applications, cybersecurity, and project delivery.

· Demonstrated experience serving as a primary IT resource or senior technical lead in a small or mid-sized organization, with the ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities with limited oversight.

· Experience with IT asset management, hardware and software lifecycle planning, SaaS administration, licensing, technology procurement, and vendor management.

· Experience in a public company or similarly controlled environment.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information to nontechnical users, managers, and senior leadership. 

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Working Conditions

· Light work, exerting up to 20 lbs. of force or less.

· Requires clarity of vision at 20 inches or less (near vision) and ability to identify/distinguish colors.

· Requires finger manipulation, repetitive motion, talking and hearing.

· 85% of time requires viewing and working at computer screen.

· Significant work pace & pressure due to deadlines.
