Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers via phone, email, and online channels to promote products and services

- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction

- Enter, update, and maintain customer information and sales data accurately within our CRM system

- Follow up with leads and customers to nurture relationships and identify sales opportunities

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets

- Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking performance metrics

- Support administrative tasks related to sales activities as needed

- Support the shipping/warehouse team

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or data entry preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or sales training is a plus
