As a Bulk Packing Operator, you’ll be the last line of defense of our precision manufacturing process, transforming raw metal into high-performance components used in critical industries like aerospace, automotive, construction and energy. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a mechanical, high-impact environment where every part you form makes a difference. 


A Little of What You’ll Do

  • Operate and monitor bulk packing machines ensuring qualified product is packed properly. 
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders. 
  • Set up machinery for each job run.
  • Enter data in our ERP system 
  • Inspect parts for quality and dimensional accuracy using precision measuring tools. 
  • Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment. 
  • Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to troubleshoot and optimize processes.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Must be 18, or older
  • High school diploma, or equivalent required
  • Experience in machine operation and troubleshooting preferred. At least 1 year in manufacturing is required. 
  • Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, such as fixing machinery. 
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail is a must. 
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and quality standards in a manufacturing setting. 
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
