CAT Scale Company is growing rapidly and is looking to add a full-time Phone Technician to the team! Customer service is our top priority. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a stable, family-owned company with a diverse range of responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service 100% of the time.
- Answer incoming customer calls and log all resolutions.
- Troubleshoot questions regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues from customers throughout the United States and Canada
- Assigned special projects as needed
- Call CAT Scale locations throughout the United States and Canada to continue service and repairs as needed.
- Assist drivers in signing up for a Weigh My Truck account.
- Communicate with various departments within the CAT Scale Company.
- Escalate issues to the next level of support as needed.
- A positive attitude is a must!
- Work under limited supervision
- Must be a self-starter
- Excellent communication skills over the phone and in person
- Proficient computer and keyboarding skills
- Ability to troubleshoot apps on a smartphone, iPhone, or Android is a plus.
- Solid documentation skills
- Ability to search internally and externally for support information
- Experience handling challenging and unique situations
