Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities

Legacy Memory Care | OceanView at Falmouth | Falmouth, Maine

Bring Your Warmth. Share Your Wisdom. Support Wellness.

At OceanView, we call it WOW — Warmth, Wisdom & Wellness. It's more than a set of values; it's how we approach caring for our residents and supporting one another.

OceanView at Falmouth is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Legacy Memory Care.

Current Opportunities

  • Full-Time Evening Nurse: 1:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.
  • Part-Time Weekend Nurse: Weekend schedule with shift incentives

At Legacy, nursing is about more than completing clinical tasks. It's about knowing our residents, understanding their individual needs, supporting their families, and creating an environment where residents feel safe, comfortable, respected, and at home.

Our nurses are an important part of a close-knit care team. With supportive leadership, strong staffing ratios, and a home-like environment, you'll have the opportunity to focus on what brought you to nursing in the first place — providing great care and making a meaningful difference in people's lives.

If you're an RN or LPN looking for a place where you'll feel appreciated, supported, and part of a team, we'd love to meet you.

About the Role

As an RN or LPN at Legacy Memory Care, you'll provide nursing care and clinical support while helping ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our residents.

You'll work collaboratively with our care team and serve as a trusted resource for residents, families, and staff. Whether you join us in our full-time evening role or part-time weekend position, you'll play an important role in providing consistent, compassionate, person-centered care.

What You'll Do

  • Provide compassionate nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans
  • Assess and monitor residents and respond appropriately to changes in condition
  • Administer medications and treatments within the scope of your nursing license
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to CRMA and direct-care staff
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, providers, and members of the care team
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Help coordinate resident care and follow up on clinical needs
  • Promote resident dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life
  • Support a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
  • Follow established clinical practices, policies, procedures, and safety standards
