DTSV is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the executive team of our Customer, a Federal agency, on a headquarters professional support services program. This key position assists executives with calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and correspondence. The program provides approximately two hundred (200) professional support personnel across the Customer's nine (9) headquarters offices in the Greater Washington, DC region, with growth expected over the life of the contract. The Executive Assistant organizes and manages executive documents, supports executive projects, and acts as a liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders. The role consults frequently with onsite Government management and is expected to uphold high-quality administrative procedures.
The Executive Assistant I shall be responsible for the following:
- Assist the executive team with calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and handling correspondence.
- Uphold high-quality administrative procedures.
- Organize and manage executive documents, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to internal policies.
- Support executive projects by coordinating tasks, schedules, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective and efficient communication.
- Plan and organize executive meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency and effectiveness.
- Consult frequently with onsite Government management on operations and execution results in planning and delivery.
- Prepare written communication in accordance with the Customer's writing guide, free of typos, grammar discrepancies, and formatting flaws.
This is an on-site position located in Washington, DC. The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 annually.
- Must be a US Cizitien
- Three (3) years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree, or seven (7) years of experience.
- Proficiency using standard Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio, and Power BI.
- Must have an active Secret clearance.
Physical Demands:
Work is performed in an office environment. Required to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone. Required to use a computer throughout the work.
