Description

DTSV is seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager to help lead Contractor staff on a headquarters professional support services program for our Customer, a Federal agency. This key position acts as Program Manager in the Program Manager's absence and manages all contractual operations to meet or exceed contractual requirements. The program provides approximately two hundred (200) professional support personnel across the Customer's nine (9) headquarters offices in the Greater Washington, DC region, with growth expected over the life of the contract. The Deputy Program Manager tracks cost, schedule, and performance for all tasks, ensures contractor staff adhere to standards of conduct and internal controls, and resolves problems with minimal disruption to the work.

  

The Deputy Program Manager shall be responsible for the following:

  • Act as Program Manager in the Program Manager's absence.
  • Ensure contractor staff adhere to all standards of conduct and internal controls, including the Privacy Act and the protection and safeguarding of Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
  • Manage all contractual operations to meet or exceed contractual requirements.
  • Track costs, schedule, and performance for all tasks and resource reporting.
  • Conduct continuous service delivery improvement activities toward more efficient capabilities and performance.
  • Resolve problems with minimal disruption to the activities being performed under the contract.
  • Share responsibility for overall contract performance as the Executive Officer's designated Deputy.
  • Prepare written communication in accordance with the Customer's writing guide, free of typos, grammar discrepancies, and formatting flaws.

This is an on-site position located in Washington, DC. The salary range for this position is $135,000 to $155,000 annually.

Requirements
  • Must be a US Cizitien
  • Master's degree in a related field, or twelve (12) years of experience.
  • Five (5) years of experience.
  • Proficiency using standard Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio, and Power BI.  
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Must have an active Secret clearance.

Physical Demands:

Work is performed in an office environment. Required to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone. Required to use a computer throughout the work.

Salary Description
$135,000-$155,000
