About CloudBees

CloudBees helps organizations build, run, and govern software factories, giving enterprises the confidence to ship software better, faster, and safer.

Writing code is no longer the bottleneck. Governing what reaches production and validating its impact is. As enterprises adopt agentic coding, software is created faster than most teams can review, secure, and validate. Without consistent governance, organizations risk shipping code they cannot explain, audit, or trust.

CloudBees addresses this challenge without asking teams to replace the tools they already use. Across every toolchain a customer runs, CloudBees makes each change, human or AI, visible, auditable, and accountable before it reaches production. CloudBees Unify is the product behind this: a governance layer, with context and control-plane capabilities, that enforces consistent policy and evidence across every tool, team, and workflow.

Founded in 2010, CloudBees is backed by Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Bridgepoint Capital, HSBC, Golub Capital, Delta-v Capital, Matrix Partners, and Lightspeed Venture Partners.

Requirements

We’re looking for a Senior Field & Demand Generation Manager to own field and demand marketing for Asia-Pacific. This person will run the regional field and demand plan: executive events and roundtables, regional and partner programs, account-based plays, and the digital programs that fill and follow up on them. Every program is measured on pipeline and revenue, not attendance.

This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, BDR, product marketing, marketing operations, and brand/content. You will be one of the primary marketing partners to the APAC sales team and its regional sales leaders: building the quarterly plan with them, running programs in their territories, holding the line on follow-up, and pushing back with data when a program is not working.

You’ll build market-specific plans that account for differences in language, buying behavior, channel preferences, partner ecosystems, and market maturity. You’ll make deliberate choices about where direct programs, partner-led activity, and digital campaigns can have the greatest impact, based on account opportunity, sales coverage, and pipeline needs.

You’ll thrive in this role if you are equal parts strategic and hands-on: someone who can build the plan with sales leaders, stand up an executive dinner in a new city, launch the campaign that fills it, and clearly connect every program to pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Own the APAC field and demand plan, agreed with sales leadership and tied to pipeline and revenue goals.

  • Act as the marketing partner to regional sales leaders: set quarterly priorities, review results, and agree target accounts with account executives, BDRs, and RevOps.
  • Prioritize markets and territories based on business opportunity, sales coverage, and available resources.
  • Plan and run executive dinners and roundtables, regional events and roadshows, trade show presence, customer programs, and user groups.
  • Run partner and co-marketing programs with cloud, technology, and regional channel partners, including MDF-funded activity.
  • Build partner-led programs where they strengthen local reach, audience access, and follow-up capacity.
  • Run the digital programs that fill and follow up on field activity: paid media, email, webinars, content syndication, nurture, and retargeting, adapting the channel mix by market.
  • Build and run account-based and pipeline acceleration programs for priority accounts, including in-person touches for late-stage deals.
  • Adapt global campaigns for local audiences, coordinating translation and localization where needed while maintaining consistent positioning.
  • Own the regional field and campaign calendar, event budgets and vendors, and forecast-to-actuals reporting, accounting for local business calendars and time zones.
  • Collaborate with product marketing on messaging, positioning, launches, and persona-based campaign development.
  • Work with content, brand, and web teams to develop landing pages, campaign assets, nurture journeys, and conversion paths.
  • Partner with marketing operations to ensure clean campaign setup, attribution, reporting, lead routing, and funnel visibility, following applicable privacy and consent requirements.
  • Own event and hand-raiser follow-up with the BDR team, with clear ownership across markets so every lead is routed and worked within an agreed SLA.
  • Report weekly on MQLs, conversion through SAL and SQL to SQO, pipeline created, and cost per opportunity by program. Distinguish sourced and influenced results using agreed attribution windows.
  • Test and improve channel mix, messaging, offers, and segmentation, cutting or reworking programs that do not convert.
  • Identify smarter workflows, automation opportunities, and scalable execution models.
  • Own event and hand-raiser follow-up with the BDR team, with clear ownership across markets so everylead is routed and worked within an agreed SLA.

What Success Looks Like

  • Marketing is seen as a trusted growth partner to APAC sales leaders.
  • Field events and campaigns generate measurable pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration, and revenue contribution.
  • Investment reflects the opportunity and needs of each priority market.
  • Regional programs combine consistent global positioning with relevant local execution and the right mix of direct and partner-led activity.
  • The handoff between marketing, BDR, and sales is tight, timely, and effective across markets and time zones.
  • Event-sourced pipeline is reported by program, and events that do not convert are cut or reworked.
  • APAC has a repeatable field calendar that sales leaders plan around, backed by digital programs that drive audience acquisition and timely follow-up.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in B2B field marketing and demand generation, ideally in SaaS or enterprise technology, with personal ownership of both field programs and digital demand programs.
  • Strong experience running regional field and demand programs across multiple APAC markets.
  • Experience adapting campaigns to different languages, business cultures, buying behaviors, channel preferences, and market conditions.
  • Experience planning and running executive events, roundtables, and regional programs end to end: venue, audience acquisition, run of show, follow-up, and pipeline reporting.
  • Proven track record of building integrated campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Experience partnering with regional sales leaders: building plans together, defending trade-offs, and holding teams to follow-up SLAs.
  • Experience working with regional partners, agencies, and vendors to deliver locally relevant programs.
  • Ability to manage both top-of-funnel demand creation and mid- and late-funnel pipeline acceleration.
  • Hands-on experience with field channels and digital channels, including events, partner co-marketing, ABM, paid social, search, email, webinars, and nurture.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to guide budget allocation, optimization, and stakeholder conversations.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and collaborate across countries and time zones.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where you may need to build while operating.
  • Willing to travel regularly across APAC for regional events and sales planning.

What We Value

  • Customer Obsessed — You treat customer problems as your own and build relationships with the people behind the logo, not just the account. You can point to decisions you changed because of what a customer told you.
  • High Agency — You own problems beyond your job description and move without waiting to be asked. When the path isn't defined, you make the call and bring people with you rather than working around them.
  • Truth Seeking — You hold a strong point of view and update it when the data says otherwise. You argue for the best answer regardless of who's in the room, and once a decision is made, you commit to it fully.
  • Hard Work — You own the end result, not just your slice of it, and you go beyond what's expected to get there. You work smart as well as hard, and you find real reward in building something demanding alongside people who do the same.
  • Ship Excellence — You hold a painfully high quality bar and keep raising it, while shipping with urgency instead of waiting for perfect. Every iteration is something you learn from.
  • Direct Feedback — You give honest, constructive feedback regardless of seniority or tenure, and you actively ask for it in return. You deliver it with enough care that people want to hear it from you.

Compensation & Benefits

  • 14 vacation days, plus public holidays and “floating days”. If there are fewer than 10 public holidays in the year, we'll top up the difference with floating days.
  • Comprehensive healthcare and insurance coverage, including medical, hospital and surgical, major medical, GP and specialist care, as well as life insurance protection.
  • 2 paid "Bee-Giving" volunteer days each year to support a cause that matters to you.
  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) offering confidential wellbeing, mental health, financial, and lifestyle support for you and your family.
  • Equity options, giving you the opportunity to share in the company's long-term success and growth.
  • Recognition and rewards programmes, where you can earn points and redeem them for rewards and company swag.
  • Broad exposure across facilities, events, HR, and marketing. A genuine launchpad for your career.
  • A global, collaborative team that lives by our values: Better Together, Entrepreneurs at Heart, Exceed Expectations, Serve with Passion.
  • Support for your headspace — literally. A company-sponsored Headspace account and a fully funded global Employee Assistance Programme, so support is there when you need it.
  • Upside when we win. Share in our success with a performance-based bonus plan aligned with both your personal achievements and company milestones.
  • People who sweat the craft. A team that takes its work seriously and invests in each other's growth.
