Description

Objective for Sales Rep in New Brunswick:

 

Maintain representation of Arrow Games in the province of New Brunswick – visiting bingo hall, end user, Charity, and Retail sales in the region. As well as trying to gain new accounts, increasing commitment to Arrow vs. our competitors, selling new products and additional product lines to each customer, and working closely with these accounts to help them promote Arrow products and increase our market share.


Requirements

•             Visit accounts and prospects - show benefit of buying Arrow products.

•             Telephone accounts and prospects - update w/information, promotions.

•             Use Salesforce CSM system to log calls, review sales and update accounts

•             Develop market strategies with accounts for increased revenues.

•             Promote new products - benefits to accounts.

•             Obtain feedback and information regarding competitors’ activities, weaknesses, strengths.

•             Obtain feedback regarding our current product line.

•             Gather ideas and reactions towards future products.

•             Follow-up with Customer Service regarding customer complaints, orders, and product information.

•             Visit accounts to promote Arrow products.

•             Communicate with sales executives regarding sales strategies in general and special customer requirements.

 

Requirements:

•             College education - business degree or marketing degree or equivalent 

•             Outside sales experience in an industry dependent on repeat business

•             Minimum 4 to 6 years’ direct selling experience in consumer products area

•             Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills

•             Personal motivation to expand the job and seek advancement

•             Significant travel will be required (mileage compensated)

•             Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

•             Strong verbal and written communication skills

•             Must have PC skills for basic office software, excel and PowerPoint
