Job Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator provides operational support across Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, including interview scheduling, job requisition auditing, onboarding coordination, and HR data management. This role is instrumental in delivering a positive candidate and new hire experience while maintaining accurate records and supporting the effective execution of HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate new employee preparation, including coordination with Roers support teams, scheduling of new employees, setting up work stations, ordering Roers swag, etc.
- Audit job requisitions through the applicant tracking system (Paylocity).
- Schedule onsite/virtual interviews ensuring a world class candidate experience and coordinate with executive admins on leadership schedules for quick and efficient executive interviews.
- Maintain a high level of data integrity within Paylocity for accurate reporting.
- Complete onboarding process including creation of new employee documents and entering information in the HRIS system .
- Conduct I-9 verifications for new hires via eVerify.
- Serve as a main contact for new hires and ensure a great new hire experience.
- Support the drafting, editing, and publishing of internal HR communications, including intranet posts, announcements, and emails.
- Identify process efficiencies, automations or enhancements within assigned duties.
- Serve in a support capacity for new hire orientation .
- Manage background check and drug testing processes.
- Provide general/administrative support to the Human Resources team, assist with department initiatives, and other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
- 0-1+ years of Human Resources or related experience in a professional services environment
- Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Human Resource Information System (HRIS) preferred

Compensation and Benefits for Human Resources Coordinator:
Pay Range: $22.00/hr. - $30.00/hr.
Compensation is determined by several factors that vary depending on the position, including the individual’s experience, skills, and the knowledge they bring to the specific role.
