Purpose
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead product discovery, prioritization, and delivery for solutions within our daily safety operations product suite.
This role will help shape product direction for solutions that support the safe movement of K-12 students from arrival on campus through dismissal, as well as our anonymous tipping service. You will partner closely with Engineering and Product Design to deliver intuitive, reliable software that improves visibility, streamlines coordination, and helps schools address safety concerns.
The ideal candidate brings strong foundational product management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex software solutions. You can translate customer needs into clear product priorities and simplify workflows for the people who rely on our solutions every day.
Position Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and help shape product direction for solutions within our daily safety operations product suite.
- Lead product discovery with customers, users, and stakeholders, combining qualitative feedback and quantitative data to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Balance customer needs, school operations, regulatory considerations, scalability, and technical feasibility.
- Use customer insights, product usage data, and market analysis to inform product decisions.
- Translate user needs and business goals into clear product requirements, user stories, and success criteria.
- Build a deep understanding of users’ daily safety workflows, operational needs, and challenges.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Product Design to deliver intuitive, reliable software that simplifies daily workflows.
- Prioritize opportunities based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
- Communicate product direction, tradeoffs, and progress clearly across Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations.
- Define and track product success metrics to guide iteration and continuous improvement.
- Lead cross-functional coordination for product releases and launches, ensuring readiness and supporting adoption across customer and internal teams.
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong focus on building and scaling software products.
- Proven track record of leading complex software products from discovery through delivery.
- Experience with K-12 education, workflow management, or safety-related software is a plus.
- Ability to understand complex workflows, integrations, and technical and operational constraints.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with Engineering and Product Design to deliver high-quality, user-centered software.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear product decisions and measurable outcomes.
- Comfort operating in a high-growth environment with evolving priorities and imperfect information.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate priorities, tradeoffs, and product direction.
- A data-informed approach to roadmap planning, prioritization, and iteration.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for internal meetings, customer engagements, or industry events.

Compensation
The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000-160,000. Final base salary within this range will reflect experience, skills, and geographic location.
