Position Overview:


We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our enterprise HR Operations function and manage our team of HR Business Partners across multiple business units.


This is an opportunity for a hands-on HR leader who enjoys developing people, solving problems, improving processes, and building consistency across a growing organization. The ideal candidate brings strong employee relations and compliance experience, sound judgment, and the ability to balance day-to-day HR operations with continuous improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the HR Business Partner team, providing coaching, guidance, and support.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR Operations and ensure consistent HR practices across business units.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for employee relations matters, investigations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
  • Lead HR compliance activities, internal and external audits, and corrective-action initiatives.
  • Coordinate federal contractor HR compliance projects, including Affirmative Action Programs (AAP) and OFCCP-related requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve workflows, and maximize Paylocity/HRIS functionality.
  • Support policy administration, HR reporting, data integrity, and operational improvements.
  • Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and business leadership to improve HR service delivery.
  • Lead and support special projects and enterprise HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Operations, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Previous people-management experience required.
  • Federal contractor HR compliance experience, including AAP/OFCCP requirements, required.
  • Experience leading HR audits, compliance initiatives, and process improvement projects.
  • Strong HRIS experience; Paylocity experience preferred.
  • Experience in industrial, construction, manufacturing, government contracting, or multi-entity environments strongly preferred.
  • SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
