Strategic Factory is seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing organization. This role will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of positions across the company, with a strong focus on attracting qualified candidates, maintaining a positive candidate experience, and helping hiring managers fill positions efficiently.
This is initially a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, expected to last 90 days, with the opportunity for conversion to a regular role if performance standards are met. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong recruiting capabilities, organization, follow-through, communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with candidates and internal leaders.
· Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition through offer and onboarding.
· Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
· Develop and post compelling job advertisements across appropriate recruiting platforms.
· Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
· Review resumes and conduct initial screens to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
· Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
· Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
· Track candidate activity, interview status, and hiring progress within the company’s recruiting/HR systems.
· Assist with reference checks, offer letters, and pre-employment requirements.
· Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
· Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract candidates for production, operational, administrative, and professional positions.
· Attend job fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach opportunities as needed.
· Provide regular updates to HR and hiring managers regarding open positions, candidate activity, and recruiting challenges.
· Help identify opportunities to improve the company's recruiting process and candidate experience.
· Maintain compliance with applicable employment and recruiting laws and company policies.
· Support other HR initiatives and projects as needed.
· 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
· Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
· Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
· Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
· Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, preferably UKG.
· Experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, skilled trades, or operational positions is a plus.
Temp-to-Perm Consideration
During the temporary assignment, performance will be evaluated based on recruiting results, quality and consistency of work, communication, reliability, collaboration with hiring managers, and overall contribution to the HR team. Successful completion of the temporary assignment may result in an offer of regular full-time employment.
