We’re looking for an experienced Senior Environmental Project Manager to lead complex projects, build strong client partnerships, and drive successful outcomes for both our clients and our project teams.  


As a trusted advisor and leader, you will manage projects from pursuit through completion, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and team performance while fostering strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for continued growth.  You will collaborate across disciplines, lead project teams and subcontractors, and ensure successful project delivery in alignment with client expectations and company standards.

What You’ll Lead


You’ll be at the table from day one leading projects from planning through completion, serving as a trusted partner to clients while ensuring projects are delivered on time,  within budget, and to the highest quality standards.  You will be responsible for managing project scope, schedules, financial performance, and team resources; coordinating with internal department and stakeholders; providing technical leadership; and mentoring project staff to support successful project outcomes and long-term client relationships.


We are looking for a collaborative, client-focused leader with strong project management, communication, business development, and team leadership skills. 

Requirements

What Qualification You Need to Bring

· Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, or related field (Master’s a plus)

· 8 years of relevant experience, including 4 years of project management experience in soil and groundwater remediation, remediation alternatives evaluations, and multi media site investigation

· OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification and annual 8-hour refresher, as applicable

· P.E. or P.G. licensure strongly preferred

·Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, staffing/resource allocation, and risk management

·Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams that include scientists, engineer, contractors, and other project stakeholders

·Strong communication skill, stakeholder engagement and client relationship for internal and external clients is a must

· Valid driver's license


Preferred Qualifications and Practices Skills

The following qualifications are strongly preferred and will help candidates succeed in this role

· Familiarity with the New Hampshire Petroleum Reimbursement Fund program

·Working knowledge of New Hampshire petroleum storage tank regulations, contaminated site management, environmental compliance requirements, and hazardous waste investigation and remediation (CERCLA/RCRA)

· Experience conducting environmental impact assessments, feasibility studies, and regulatory compliance evaluations

· Experience preparing and implementing environmental planning and technical documents, including SAPs, SASPs, and QAPPs

· Experience with Deltek software and proficiency with GIS, graphics, and other environmental consulting applications

· Demonstrated commitment to professional development through continuing education, industry involvement, mentoring, and leadership activities

Salary Description
$110k-$140k
