We’re looking for a Data Analyst who is passionate about transforming healthcare data into meaningful insights that drive informed decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.


In this highly collaborative role, you’ll work across departments to develop actionable reports and dashboards, strengthen data accuracy, and help leaders make data-informed decisions. You’ll also play an important role in optimizing our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and other systems by supporting staff training, workflow improvements, system enhancements, and the effective use of available data.

 This is a 100% on-site position located at our Concord, NH office. Due to the nature and operational responsibilities of this role, remote work or hybrid scheduling is not available at this time.

What You’ll Do

  • Transform Data Into Insights: Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that support organizational priorities.
  • Build Meaningful Reports & Dashboards: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that help leadership and departments monitor performance, evaluate outcomes, and make informed decisions.
  • Communicate Findings: Translate complex data into clear, actionable information and recommendations for stakeholders across the organization.
  • Champion Data Quality: Promote accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports, systems, and departmental data sources.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Partner with agency leaders and teams to support reporting needs, answer data-related questions, and provide insights that inform planning and operational decisions.
  • Optimize Systems & Workflows: Support EMR training, system enhancements, new tools, and workflow implementations to improve efficiency and data utilization.
  • Support Organizational Improvement: Help teams understand and effectively use available healthcare data to strengthen processes, improve reporting, and support Riverbend’s mission.

You’re comfortable working with multiple data sources, balancing competing priorities, and helping others understand how data can support better decisions.

Requirements

  

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor degree in Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Public Health or a related field required; Master degree preferred. **Demonstrated experience can be substituted for educational requirement.
  • Three to Five (3-5) years’ experience in healthcare operations or a related field preferred.
  • Experience querying relational databases.
