Position Summary:
As our Recruiter, you’ll manage the full-cycle hiring process, partner with leaders across the organization, and create a great experience for candidates from first conversation through onboarding.
Responsibilities:
Ø Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand current and future workforce needs, developing effective sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Ø Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection.
Ø Proactively source high-quality candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, community partnerships, and recruitment events.
Ø Conduct candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring a positive and efficient recruitment process.
Ø Coordinate and facilitate interviews, maintaining clear communication between candidates and hiring teams throughout the selection process.
Ø Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a strong pool of qualified candidates across key functions.
Ø Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely updates, professional communication, and a positive representation of the organisation and its values.
Ø Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, educational institutions, and community outreach programmes to enhance employer branding and attract talent.
Ø Track, analyse, and report on recruitment metrics, using data to identify trends, improve hiring effectiveness, and optimise recruitment processes.
Ø Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with employment legislation, company policies, diversity and inclusion principles, and recruitment best practices.
Ø Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR and Talent Acquisition function.
Ø Travel occasionally to support recruitment activities, workforce events, and hiring initiatives, including some evening or weekend events as required.
Qualifications:
Ø 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or high-volume recruiting.
Ø Experience with sourcing tools, ATS systems, and recruiting best practices.
Ø Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Ø Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ø A proactive mindset and passion for finding the right people for the right opportunities.
Ø Proficient IT skills.
Ø Fluent in English
Ø Experience in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones.
