About Birdeye
Birdeye is the leading agentic marketing platform for multi-location brands.
Companies like H&R Block, Aspen Dental, and Caesars Entertainment use Birdeye to manage marketing across thousands of locations — from how they get found, to how they convert, to how they retain customers. Our platform replaces disconnected point tools with AI agents that execute work at the location level — responding to reviews, updating listings, publishing content, and driving conversions.
Backed by Marc Benioff, Jerry Yang, and Accel-KKR, Birdeye was named to G2’s 2026 Best Agentic AI Products list — appearing alongside the world’s leading AI companies. We’re expanding rapidly into enterprise, with growing adoption across large, multi-location brands.

The role in one line
Own the messaging system that carries Birdeye — and make it hold in every deck, page, keynote, customer pitch, and analyst call.
What you'll own
The messaging architecture. One source of truth, from the top-line narrative down to individual agents. You keep the hierarchy clean, the proof cleared, and the register right for four very different rooms: board, sales, analysts, customers.
Outcome-aligned PMM. We are moving the team from product-aligned to system-aligned: a PMM per outcome — Win AI Visibility, Book Appointments, Drive Consistent CX.
Analyst and category work. Briefing narratives, evaluation responses, category placement. Enterprise buyers read the grids before they take the call.
Birdeye View. Our annual customer conference is where the narrative gets its stress test in front of thousands of people. You partner on keynote content and own the messaging that everything on stage has to conform to.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in product marketing.
- You've repositioned something real — a company, a platform, a portfolio — and can walk us through the before, the after, and what broke in the middle.
- Enterprise B2B SaaS. Multi-location, local marketing, martech, or CX is a strong plus.
- You write. Short sentences, strong verbs, no corporate waffle. We will ask for a sample and read it closely.
- Fluent in agentic AI as a practitioner, not a spectator. You can explain the difference between software that reports and software that acts — to a CMO
- Comfortable with numbers, and disciplined about them. You'd rather flag uncertainty than invent precision, and you know which claims are cleared for external use.
- Credible with founders and with sales leaders in the same week.
