About the Role
The Senior Manager, Contract Manufacturing Procurement is responsible for leading the entire contract manufacturing and turnkey execution network — daily buying operations, supplier performance, open order management, cost governance, and inventory risk — supporting JPMS business objectives.
Strategic Sourcing owns supplier strategy, governance frameworks, redundancy planning, and long-term network design; this role executes against that strategy across an open order portfolio exceeding $22MM at any given time and annual purchase volume of approximately $115MM, spanning multiple contract manufacturers and the turnkey supply base, with full accountability for supplier performance, liability management, commercialization support, and inventory exposure.
The Senior Manager leads a team of Senior Buyers and Buyers, as well as the Manager, Turnkey Procurement and the turnkey buying team; establishes departmental priorities; and serves as the primary escalation point for critical supplier, operational, and business continuity matters. At the Senior Manager level, contract manufacturing and turnkey execution consolidate under this single role, creating one point of accountability for the full execution network.
This role is hybrid and works 3 days a week out of our Santa Clarita Office.
