The Maintenance Administrator will support processes that impact maintenance operational efficiency, effectiveness, customer satisfaction and profitability. The Maintenance Administrator will provide superior customer service and communication to internal and external customers and support the Maintenance Manager by providing guidance and information that contributes to the department’s performance and profitability. Communication is key in this role, having to understand campus priorities and schedule same through the CMMS (MaintainX). This role reports to the Maintenance Manager.
Accountable Functions and Responsibilities:
· Maintain the CMMS (MaintainX) system which includes, but is not limited to, updating preventive maintenance tasks for currency, adding new equipment requirements, closing completed work orders, etc.
· Sort, prioritize and assign daily work orders to the maintenance Team based on feedback from the Maintenance Manager or delegate
· Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities
· Check inventoried parts against work orders and make sure we have material before work order is handed out.
· Close work orders and verify they are completed.
· Work through critical spares with the craftsmen to make sure they are in stock.
· Inventory & price compare parts & hardware to appropriate min/max levels.
· Add vendors and vendor documentation to our roster when needed.
· Verify time worked on each work order.
· Order parts needed to support maintenance activities, following Purchasing procedures.

· The employee must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
· Work experience with cGMPs and ISO is a plus
· High School diploma or G.E.D.; Associates or Bachelor’s preferred
· 3-5 years' Experience in a Manufacturing or Maintenance related role is preferred
· Previous experience using a CMMS is preferred

· Reading Campus (primary work location) – 90% of time
· East Greenville Campus – 10% of time
· Other company locations as required – as needed
