Reporting to the Director of Brand Experience, the Field Activation Coordinator will support the development and day-to-day organization, implementation, and ongoing improvement of the company’s field activation programs, including booth kits, tabletop experiences, seller onboarding sample kits, regional event displays, and field-based assets and brand premiums. Working closely with the Director of Brand Experience, this role will create and maintain customized display solutions that help sellers represent the brand in the field.
This person will also coordinate and execute regional trade shows, marketing association events, safety days, and other field activations while serving as a key liaison between the Brand Experience team, regional sellers, and independent manufacturer representatives. Through field visits and hands-on partnership with sellers and reps, this role will help identify field needs and challenges.
This role requires travel approximately 20% of the time, with occasional additional travel based on field and business needs. This position requires in-office collaboration Monday through Thursday with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
You have already accomplished (required):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or another related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience using Office Systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
You may have already accomplished (preferred):
- 0–2 years of experience in events, field marketing, merchandising, sales support or a related area
- Experience assisting with trade shows, regional events or field marketing programs
- Experience supporting the development, organization or maintenance of merchandising displays, product samples or event materials
- Experience working with sales teams, manufacturer representatives, vendors or contractors
- Familiarity with inventory organization, product/sample management or fulfillment
- Basic experience coordinating projects and managing deadlines

Key Job Duties:
Support the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of field activation display programs in partnership with the Director of Brand Experience
- Coordinate and maintain booth kits, tabletop experiences, regional event displays, and other field activation assets.
- Develop customized display solutions based on seller needs, event environments, available space, and brand standards.
- Organize, inventory, maintain, and replenish activation assets while gathering field feedback and recommending program improvements.
Coordinate and execute regional trade shows, marketing association events, safety days, and other field activations
- Partner with regional sellers to understand event needs and determine appropriate display solutions.
- Coordinate product, displays, equipment, shipping, setup, merchandising, execution, and teardown as needed.
- Ensure field activations are organized, effective, and aligned with company brand standards.
Serve as a key Brand Experience contact for independent manufacturer representatives and regional sellers
- Build strong working relationships with sellers and manufacturer representatives to understand field needs and challenges.
- Partner with the Director of Brand Experience on field visits to assess displays, storage areas, events, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide ongoing support and bring field insights back to the Brand Experience team to inform future solutions and program improvements.
Support the development and implementation of the seller onboarding sample kit program
- Partner with the Director of Brand Experience and internal stakeholders to determine sample kit standards and product assortment.
- Coordinate the curation, organization, assembly, distribution, and documentation of onboarding sample kits.
- Monitor program needs and recommend updates based on product changes, seller feedback, and field experience.
Maintain organized field activation inventory and storage solutions
- Support the organization and maintenance of company and regional storage areas for booth kits, displays, samples, and event materials.
- Establish and maintain organizational systems that make assets easy to locate, use, return, and replenish.
- Partner with sellers, Operations, vendors, and other internal teams to resolve inventory, shipping, and storage needs.
Coordinate the transition and care of company-owned sales vehicles during seller changes
- Partner with the Director of Brand Experience, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to coordinate vehicle transitions and reassignment.
- Travel to vehicle locations as needed to remove and organize company assets and coordinate professional cleaning, detailing, and temporary storage.
- Maintain vehicle transition records and coordinate the secure transfer of keys, materials, and related assets to the new seller
The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $70,000 annually.
Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and work location, and thus may differ from the posted range. Base salary is just one part of your total reward package.
